1. Acceptance of Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may trigger additional KYC checks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, tk111 offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified on the promotion page. Wagering must be completed within 14 days of the bonus being credited.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk111 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except where a technical error on the part of tk111 caused the bet to be incorrectly recorded.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tk111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or KYC obligations.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• tk111 has received a request or instruction from a relevant authority, regulator, or law enforcement agency requiring the account to be closed or funds to be held.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case tk111 may apply an inactivity fee as specified in the account terms, or close the account entirely.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is at the player's own request or due to inactivity without a terms breach, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on tk111 — including but not limited to the platform design, software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tk111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tk111 content without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or ownership interest in tk111's intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or disputes arising from third-party payment processing delays.

In no event shall tk111's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their tk111 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk111 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
